Professor McGonagall sat at her desk correcting the recent written exams that her 6th year students had completed. Shaking her head at one in particular she pursed her lips and began to make several remarks and corrections.

Eduardo paused in the open doorway, tapping the doorframe with his knuckle twice to ensure he got her attention. Not pausing to wait and see if he did, he strode confidently into her classroom and paused short several feet of her desk. "Professor, I was wondering if I could ask you about our upcoming performance exam ? I never quite manage to get my teacup to stop squeaking, and I wonder if you have an tips on how to improve." Though he wasn't quite fond of the Head of Gryffindor, he was fond of improving his marks, and so that forced him to be polite to her.

Hermione walked into the classroom, not aware of Eduardo's presence. "Professor, could you possibly tell me when we'll be receiving the grade for the exam back?"

Minerva finished the paper she was grading and looked between the two students.
"Patience Miss Granger." her tight voice quipped, yet she had to bite back a smile. Hermione was so headstrong on her school work, sometimes it made her blind to her surroundings.
"Now, Mr. Sanchez," she stood and picked up the tea up from her desk. It was a particular favorite, with small tartan markings around the lip of the cup that ran down the slender sides...should it be chipped... Minerva shook her head at the nonsense. It could be fixed and a student needed help. "The practice in the teacup transformation will be useful since it will be a part of the exam," she looked over her rectangle glasses and met hie eyes to make her point clear. "I promise you that."
Setting the teacup down on the table, Minerva took a step back, asking Eduardo to try once on his own before she helped him with some tips.

Eduardo looked nervously at the Granger girl before turning back to his Professor, arching his eyebrow as though asking whether the Granger girl's presence was appropriate. Surely she doesn't mean for her to be here ? It wasn't as though he couldn't do it, so much as the thought of her knowing she could do it better. Without a doubt she could, the odd little Gryffindor, but he didn't want her knowing for certain.
He was a Slytherin, he had certain standards to uphold. He also wasn't sure if she was one to mock; she was a Gryffindor. Grunting, he half-turned to leave. "Perhaps another time, Professor. When you aren't as busy."

"I am always busy Mr. Sanchez, so your brush off is not appreciated. If it is the fact that you may have an audience that has made you nervous..." She looked form the boy to Miss Granger.
"Miss Granger, I was working on the papers before you rushed in. And although I am finished with yours, you know I never give one student a grade without giving them to the entire class"

Eduardo felt a slight twinge of guilt as he watched the Granger girl stalk out of the room. It quickly passed, seeing as how she would have been forced to leave anyway. Besides, she was a mudblood and therefore beneath - and undeserving of - any emotion of his. Sighing, he turned back to fully face his Professor, his voice a little cooler, but not by much. "Not nervous, Professor."
Moving closer to her desk, he raised his wand hesitantly. "What would you like me to attempt to change it to, Professor?"
